Time for an update? I think so!

So we have been very busy lately with the holidays, but we have had a really fun holiday and I hope you all had a good one as well! So starting this off...

We had our annual baking day the week before Christmas! We made many, many, MANY yummy treats! Including... French cookies, Carmel and Chocolate covered pretzels, Mint Chocolate shortbread's, Cutout Sugar cookies, Chocolate crackle cookies, Thin mints, White chocolate popcorn, fudge and of course Cupcakes! We had a great time and everything was delicious!

We had our Family Christmas Eve party on December 23rd. We actually all preferred doing it on the 23rd, it makes for a very relaxing Christmas Eve! We had a very yummy roast dinner and for dessert I made a trifle! Then we played "The dice game" and a game where there is lots of boxes wrapped and they all fit inside of each other and you have to unwrap the boxes with oven mits on and using spatulas. And there is a good gift in the final box! We then did presents with Ryan, Heather and Camden! It was a great "Christmas Eve"!

Christmas day was so much fun! We started a new tradition last year where my sister Amy and her kids bring up their presents and we all open presents together, one person at a time one present at a time! It is so much fun because you get to see what everyone gets and it doesn't go as fast, and it makes everyone feel special! We had an amazing breakfast first, we had my mom's egg casserole and my yummy Monkey Bread! We then did presents! We also started a new tradition last year, that everyone stays in their pjs all day and we just hang out, eat, play with our new toys, eat, play games, eat, watch movies, and eat! It was a good day!

A room FULL of presents!!

Justin Bieber even came to our house for Christmas! He was our Just Dance 2 Judge!

These Girls had a "Very Bieber Christmas"!

Tony wasn't very happy he showed up!

We also went up to Soldier Hollow and went tubing! It was such a blast, cold but a blast! For those that don't know, you hook up your tube and it pulls you up the mountain, it was nice!
We have also been doing alot of this...

This is the first big snow we had! We lost power at about 3am. This Tony out snow blowing at 6 am. We finally got power a about 7:30am

Check out the horse. He is up to his knees in snow!

And last but not least we've been doing alot of babysitting this sick little boy!

There you have it, a very long update! We have so much to be grateful for this past year, and what better way to spend the last few days of 2010 than with some of the people we are most grateful for! Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
